The month of February in the year of 2005 was one of the worst months of my entire life. A series of horrible events took place to my friends, family, and to myself. One of these events was so utterly tragic that it changed my life completely. I was on the road to self destruction before I got that phone call and, over the course of the month, I got out my map and chose a different route. Six years later and I’ve graduated, fell in love, helped kids of all ages, and moved across the world.
Now, six years later, I’m left looking at the date. Today, six years ago.
Thank you, Charlie. You always did give too much.
