The "I love your blog" interview...For Janet

So Janet asked me to do this question/answer thing so I'm doing it!

Why did you create your blog?

I am extremely close to my family and friends and love them dearly. I wanted them to stay connected to me and what I'm experiencing. So I created a blog for the same reason I keep up with my FB - I want to stay connected. It's too easy to get caught up in daily life and I don't want to be forgotten! I wish they would start a blog to keep me updated with what they are doing!

 

What kind of blogs do you follow?

I follow Hyperbole and a Half which is a pretty funny blog. A couple fashion blogs and some person blogs by some friends. One by a friend who spent her student teaching in Costa Rica, another who came to Korea before me, another who is in the aftermath of a break-up, and others whom I find interesting. 

Favourite make-up brand?

LORAC which I discovered compliments of my lovely older sister when she graciously parted with her LORAC supply. I love it.

Favourite color?

Rainbow. If you are born in Hawaii, you can claim this as a color. Go on, argue with me. Bet you weren't born in Hawaii - it's a Hawaiian thing.

Your perfume

I never did perfumes until Jacob came along. He always smelled nice and has a thing about not leaving the house until he has cologne on. So, he decided one day that I needed a scent. We spent a while looking for something that both of us agreed on as we have very differing tastes in everything and finally came upon Victoria Secret's PINK and Very Sexy. So I guess those are it. If I had my way, I'd just smell like Lavender...I love the scent of lavender. It reminds me of safety. 

Favourite film
Horror anything really. I love scary movies. I watch "House of 1000 Corpses" every Halloween. However, I adore kid movies. Mulan and Aladdin are among my favorites. I also like...hmmm...Some Like It Hot and old westerns with Eastwood and Wayne. I like Elvis movies too.

What country would you like to visit and why?

 Africa. I want to touch Africa. I don't care where - well, not partial to South Africa... Egypt would be great to visit. I shall put a flag there. She will be mine!

What are you doing this weekend?

I'm getting ready for Tiffany and Bryan to arrive! W00t! They'll be here in 7 days! AHH! Time is going by so quickly. I'm hoping to show them the joys that Korea has to offer...as well as the Soju. Muwahahaha!
