I kept telling everyone that I would keep a Blog about my travels so without further adieu - tah dah!
I have acquired my visa and will soon be purchasing two plane tickets for Jacob & myself. We are required to be in South Korea on the 4th so with 16-19 hours of travel and jumping into the future 13 hours (eastern) - we should be leaving on the 2nd of September.
Icarus is going to stay with his grandmum and granddad in Florida. He'll have two other rats to play with and a fenced in backyard to travel through complete with turtles to terrorize. I know he's going to miss us and I'm going to miss him like crazy but I know he'll be okay with grandmum - she loves him.
This week I have to buy two suitcases to start packing up all of the things we are going to bring. My room (at mum and dads) has to be clean and organized before I go else it will drive the lady crazy. Haha

I will be connecting it to my cell phone in South Korea. If I have read my contract correctly, I will be able to receive international phone calls for free on my cell phone. If you are calling an USA number than you should not incur international fees. Cross my fingers that this works!
